I guess it can also be ascertained that I am also frustrated by having to deal with the mammoth that is University of Phoenix. I paid 18,000 dollars, worked my ass off for 18 months, and you lazy fuckers can't get off your asses to fax 1 piece of paper to North Carolina? I already graduated! It's not like you have to check that my requirements are met or something difficult, requiring, say, a phone call! JUST SIGN AND FAX THE DAMN PAPER ALREADY!
